Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants using DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients across a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Prioritize care for a patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults, while completing required OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training. Participate in morning huddles to foster collaboration and celebrate customer focus.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
