Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team including hygienists, assistants, and digital imaging units. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children and young adults. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster team collaboration. Receive training in OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management protocols. This role offers a guaranteed base pay of $800/day with uncapped earning potential, a sign-on bonus up to $30,000, and student loan repayment assistance. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
