Job Summary
Conduct general restorative procedures and advanced treatments such as implants, wisdom tooth extractions, and endodontics in a state-of-the-art private office. Manage daily patient care for adults and children while utilizing digital x-rays, paperless charting, and CEREC technology. Collaborate with a tenured staff of assistants and hygienists in a supportive team environment. Work a 4.5-day week with no nights or weekends, starting December. Earn a competitive daily guarantee and production percentage, with total annual compensation ranging from $300K to $500K. Requires a DDS or DMD, state license, and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD)
- State license to practice dentistry
- CPR certification
- Proven experience working in a dental practice
- The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment
- The ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- The ability to work in a team
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Excellent communication skills
