Job Summary
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages, developing tailored treatment plans and conducting general restorative procedures. Maintain accurate medical records using Dentrix software and collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education while providing compassionate care in a busy, state-of-the-art office that accepts only some PPOs. Earn over $300K in the first year as an associate dentist.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience or a residency completed
- Proficient knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures
- Strong understanding of anatomy related to dental health and treatment
- Ability to fabricate dental appliances as needed for patient care
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care in a clinical setting
Desired Qualifications
- If proficient in advanced procedures such as endo, extractions and implants that would be a plus
- Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Dentrix software for managing patient records efficiently
