Job Summary
Full-time General Dentist opportunity in a comprehensive PPO practice in WA with in-house specialists to support specialty needs. The role offers a substantial signing bonus, potential guaranteed compensation in the first 60 days, and a compensation model based on production with a 150k–400k annual target. Relocation assistance and state license reimbursement available. Sponsorship available for H-1B, TN, or Green Card. Schedule is Monday–Friday with one Saturday per month. Location in Puyallup/Olympia area with full benefits and professional development support.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience
- Current WA State Dental License (or ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- CPR, DEA, NPI
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
