Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive general dentistry in a full-time, predominantly PPO practice at a comprehensive dental office in Bonney Lake, WA. Manage patient care with support from in-house Board eligible or Certified specialists, focusing on operational and clinical excellence to generate predictable treatment outcomes. Deliver exceptional oral healthcare services while maintaining personal accountability and building relationships with patients and the team. Schedule includes approximately five days per week and one to two Saturdays monthly. Compensation is percentage-based on production with a guaranteed amount for the first 60 days, ranging from $150,000 to $400,000. The role offers full H-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship, along with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, malpractice insurance, and CE credits. Relocation assistance and license reimbursement are available for candidates moving to the area.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Current WA State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
- ~1-2 Saturdays a month
