Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants across multiple Massachusetts locations. Adhere to government regulations and company compliance standards while managing an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster team collaboration. Travel to designated offices in Brockton, Chelsea, Fall River, New Bedford, and Springfield, with expenses including hotel, mileage, and meals fully covered. Earn a guaranteed daily rate of $900 during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, plus weekly travel bonuses. Maintain a healthy work-life balance with multiple schedule options available.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
