Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists, assistants, and dental assistants. Adhere to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, goal setting, and customer focus initiatives. Earn a guaranteed daily rate of $900 during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, plus travel stipends for visiting offices in Brockton, Chelsea, Fall River, New Bedford, and Springfield. No lab fees apply. Join a team creating over a million smiles annually, serving a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with access to DentaPro software and digital x-ray units.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
