Job Summary
Traveling Part-Time Associate Dentist role providing dental services to patients across multiple MA offices. Responsibilities include delivering care under adherence to government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs; collaborating with a team (1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider); maintaining HIPAA/OSHA training; comfortable treating a patient base that includes children (primarily ages 3-21) and adults; utilizing DentaPro software and digital imaging; ongoing professional development and licensure support; accepting a mix of state-insured and PPO/out-of-network payors; participating in daily huddles and office workflows; and traveling to designated practice locations within the geographic area. VISA and Green Card sponsorship available; generous compensation structure during ramp with guaranteed daily rate and potential percentage of collections; additional benefits include 401(k) with match, malpractice insurance, CE reimbursements, license/dues reimbursements, and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited program
- Current, valid dental license in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- CPR, DEA, etc. certifications as required
- Nitrous Oxide certification (LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
