Job Summary
Part-Time Traveling Associate Dentist responsible for providing dental services to patients with support from a clinical team. Travel to multiple offices within the geographic area (Massachusetts offices listed plus Minneapolis, MN) to deliver care to children and adults. Maintain high standards by adhering to government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs. Role involves coordinating with a hygienist, hygiene assistant, and dental assistants; patient base includes predominantly ages 3-21 with substantial adult patients depending on location. Requires licensure in applicable states, DDS/DMD from an accredited program, and certifications such as CPR/DEA; Nitrous Oxide certification is required in certain states. Provides benefits such as guaranteed daily rate during ramp period or a percentage of collections, malpractice insurance, CE reimbursements, licensing reimbursements, and visa/green card sponsorship availability. The practice utilizes DentaPro software with digital x-ray and Panorex units, fiber-optic handpieces, and standard OSHA/HIPAA training; travel is a core component of the role and the company emphasizes teamwork and a supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program (CODA)
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required in specified states - LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR, DEA certifications or equivalents as required
