Job Summary
Part-Time Traveling Associate Dentist needed to provide dental services to patients across multiple MA offices with a dedicated team. Travel to satellite offices within the geographic area; participate in morning huddles and coordinate with a hygienist and dental assistants. Practice using DentaPro software with digital x-ray and Panorex units; work with fiber-optic handpieces; annual OSHA and HIPAA training and Emergency Management training; serve a patient base that includes 3-21 year-olds and up to 30% adults; offices operate with a 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider. State insurance plans, PPO and out-of-network payor mix. Requirements include DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited program, current license or eligibility in applicable states, CPR/DEA certifications, Nitrous Oxide certification (restricted states), and willingness to travel to listed MA locations. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
