Job Summary
Part-Time Traveling Associate Dentist to provide dental services across multiple MA offices, traveling between Brockton, Chelsea, Fall River, New Bedford, and Springfield. Responsibilities include delivering care to patients (primarily ages 3-21 with up to 30% adults), adhering to government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs, and performing other duties as assigned. The role features an emphasis on teamwork, patient-focused care, and community outreach, with a practice environment equipped with DentaPro software, digital x-ray/Panorix units, fiber-optic handpieces, and regular OSHA/HIPAA/Emergency Management training. Qualifications include a DDS/DMD from an accredited program, active licensure or eligibility, Nitrous Oxide certification (where applicable), CPR/DEA, and a willingness to travel. The employer offers an additional weekly travel stipend during ramp, or a percentage of collections, plus benefits such as 401(k) match, malpractice insurance, CE reimbursements, license/dues reimbursements, and visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR, DEA, etc.
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Willing and able to travel to listed locations
