Job Summary
Part-Time Traveling Associate Dentist responsible for delivering dental services across multiple Massachusetts offices with a coordinated team. ROLE includes traveling to designated office locations, maintaining regulatory compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, CPR/DEA), and providing care to a patient base primarily ages 3-21 with up to 30% adults. Requires DDS/DMD, active licensure or eligibility in applicable states, Nitrous Oxide certification in listed states, and willingness to travel between MA offices (Brockton, Chelsea, Fall River, New Bedford, Springfield, Medford). Benefits include guaranteed daily rate during ramp (up to travel time), travel expenses covered, malpractice insurance, CE reimbursements, license/certification reimbursements, and visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental education program (CODA)
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligibility for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (in specified states listed)
- CPR and DEA certifications (as required)
- Compassion and strong desire to provide dental care to children and adults
- Willing and able to travel to multiple MA office locations (Brockton, Chelsea, Fall River, New Bedford, Springfield, Medford)
- Ability to adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training requirements
- Experience or ability to work in a fast-paced multi-office traveling practice
- Ability to work with a team including hygienists and dental assistants
- Comfort with pediatric and adult patient base
