Job Summary
Part-Time Traveling Associate Dentist needed to provide dental services across multiple Massachusetts offices. Responsibilities include delivering dental care to pediatric and adult patients, maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance with government regulations, and collaborating with a team to ensure quality patient experiences. Travel to designated MA locations (Brockton, Chelsea, Fall River, New Bedford, Springfield, Waltham) with a support team, hold to company standards, participate in required trainings (OSHA/HIPAA/EM), and contribute to a positive community-oriented practice. Qualifications include DDS/DMD from an accredited program, current license or eligibility for licensure in applicable states, CPR/DEA certifications, and Nitrous Oxide certification in eligible states. Visa/Green Card sponsorship is available. Benefits include a guaranteed daily rate during ramp (example: $900/day), potential percentage of collections, company-paid malpractice insurance, 401(k) with match, CE reimbursements, and professional dues reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental education program (CDA/CODA)
- Current, valid dental license in states where care is provided or eligible for licensure
- CPR certification, DEA registration, and other required certifications
- Nitrous Oxide certification (allowed states: LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
