Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and support staff across multiple locations in Massachusetts. Adhere to government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while managing an average daily caseload of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration within the team. Travel to designated offices in Brockton, Chelsea, Fall River, New Bedford, and Springfield, with expenses for hotel, mileage, and meals covered. Earn a guaranteed daily rate of $900 during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, with no lab fees. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
