Job Summary
Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team, serving a patient base that includes children and adults, with a practice that uses DentaPro software, digital x-ray/Panorex, fiber-optic handpieces, and a schedule that supports mentoring and collaboration. The role emphasizes compassionate teamwork, community-focused care, participation in morning huddles, and opportunities for growth through continuing education reimbursements and malpractice coverage; benefits include guaranteed base pay, health/retirement options, and licensure/continuing education reimbursements. Office flow involves a mix of operative and hygiene patients, with a patient base that includes a significant pediatric population (70%+) and varying payer mix including PPO and out-of-network plans.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (where required)
- CPR, DEA, etc.
- ADA and/or AAPD memberships and related certifications as applicable
