Job Summary
Part-Time Associate Dentist sought to join a mission-driven dental team providing care to underserved families. Responsibilities include delivering dental services to patients (primarily ages 3-21 with up to 30% adults), collaborating with a team of hygienists and dental assistants, participating in morning huddles, and contributing to a positive patient experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, mentoring, and growth opportunities; equipment and workflow include DentaPro software, digital x-ray/Panorex, fiber-optic handpieces, and ongoing OSHA/HIPAA/Emergency Management training. Qualifications include a DDS/DMD from an accredited program, active or eligible licensure in applicable states, and certifications such as CPR and DEA; Nitrous Oxide certification is required in select states. The compensation package includes guaranteed base pay with uncapped earning potential, benefits, and professional-development support.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
