Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team including hygienists, assistants, and digital x-ray units, managing an average flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus, while mentoring and collaborating for growth and development. Work part-time in Hampton or Newport News, VA, with guaranteed base pay of $900/day and uncapped earning potential.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Willing and available to travel to the following locations: 2165 Cunningham Dr, Hampton, VA 23666, 14346 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23602
