Job Summary
Part-Time Traveling Associate Dentist needed to provide dental services to patients across Norfolk/Portsmouth, VA, with a team-based practice using DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex; role involves travel to specified VA locations, mostly pediatric-focused patient base (approximately 70% children), and collaboration with hygienists and dental assistants. The position offers guaranteed base pay of $900 per day, along with comprehensive benefits, loan/CE reimbursements, and visa sponsorship. Requires DDS/DMD, current dental license or licensure eligibility, CPR/DEA, nitrous oxide certification, and willingness to travel to listed locations. Visa sponsorship available. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR, DEA, etc.
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
