Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and digital imaging equipment. Manage an average daily flow of 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3–21 with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration, while utilizing DentaPro software, fiber-optic handpieces, and OSHA/HIPAA training protocols. Work Thursdays, Fridays, and alternating Saturdays with guaranteed base pay of $800/day and uncapped earning potential.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Must be willing and available to travel to the following locations: 3824 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23222; 400 Southpark Blvd, Colonial Heights, VA 23834; 4722 N Southside Plz, Richmond, VA 23224
