Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and digital imaging equipment, managing an average flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily. Work primarily with a pediatric patient base aged 3-21, utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces while adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training protocols. Participate in morning huddles to foster collaboration and highlight customer focus, with opportunities for growth through mentoring and CE reimbursement. The role offers a guaranteed base pay of $100/hour, uncapped earning potential, and includes malpractice insurance, 401(k), and student loan repayment assistance. Candidates must hold a DDS/DMD from an accredited program and a valid state license, with travel required to locations in Richmond and Colonial Heights, VA.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Willing and available to travel to the following locations: 4722 N Southside Plz, Richmond, VA 23224; 400 Southpark Blvd, Colonial Heights, VA 23834; 3824 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23222
