Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists, assistants, and office staff. Perform focused procedures including restorations, extractions, fixed/removables, and endodontics using DentaPro software and digital imaging. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children and young adults. Participate in morning huddles to foster collaboration and highlight customer focus. Join a team creating over a million smiles annually in a compassionate environment.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
