Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients aged 3–21 and adults, focusing on restorations, extractions, fixed/removables, and endodontics. Operate with a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants using DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an average daily flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients across state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration. Requires a DDS/DMD from a Commission on Dental Accreditation accredited program, a current valid license, and Nitrous Oxide certification (for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA). Offers a guaranteed base pay of $900/day with uncapped earning potential, no lab fees, and company-paid malpractice insurance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
