Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3–21, focusing on restorations, extractions, fixed/removables, and endo procedures. Support the team with a ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus, collaboration, and goal achievement. Earn a guaranteed base pay of $900/day with uncapped earning potential and no lab fees. The role includes mandatory OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training, plus access to DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. CE reimbursement is available through an ADA Accredited program.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
