Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, focusing on restorations, extractions, fixed/removables, and endodontics. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients daily, utilizing DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Prioritize care for a patient base primarily aged 3–21, with a strong emphasis on pediatric engagement and community image promotion through morning huddles and collaborative activities.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
