Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, focusing on restorations, extractions, fixed/removables, and endodontics. Manage daily office flow handling an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients while utilizing DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight team collaboration, while mentoring and collaborating with staff for growth and development. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adult population, utilizing state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
