Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, focusing on restorations, extractions, fixed/removables, and endodontics with support from a team including hygienists and dental assistants. Manage daily clinic operations through morning huddles, patient flow averaging 10-12 operative cases, and 20-25 hygiene appointments. Maintain compliance with yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training while utilizing DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adult population, balancing care for children and adults. Participate in activities promoting a positive company image and engage in mentoring and collaboration for growth and development.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Focused procedures: Restorations, extractions, fixed/removables and Endo (including molar endo)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
