Part-Time Associate Dentist focused on adult dentistry, joining a team delivering high-quality dental care to underserved families. Responsibilities include providing dental services with support from a multidisciplinary team, utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, fiber-optic handpieces, and participating in regular OSHA/HIPAA training. Patient base includes primarily ages 3-21 and up to 30% adults; office workflow typically handles 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients. The role offers growth through mentoring and collaboration, a guaranteed base pay of $900/day with uncapped earning potential, and benefits such as insurance options, retirement plan, malpractice coverage, paid holidays, CE reimbursements, and visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR, DEA, etc.
- VISA and Green Card sponsorship available
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
