Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants in an office equipped with DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an average daily caseload of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus and collaboration. This part-time role on Fridays and Saturdays offers a guaranteed base pay of $900/day with uncapped earning potential, no lab fees, and includes benefits such as company-paid malpractice insurance, 401(k), and CE reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Friday's and Saturday's only availability
