Job Summary
Associate Dentist (Friday/Saturday) provides dental services to patients with a supportive team. Practice serves children and adults, with primary patient base ages 3-21 and up to 30% adults. Role involves operating with DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, fiber-optic handpieces, and adherence to yearly OSHA and HIPAA training. Team structure includes 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider; office flow supports ~10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients. Compensation includes guaranteed base pay with potential for uncapped earnings; benefits include insurance options, retirement plan, disability and life insurance, CE reimbursements, licenses/dues reimbursements, and visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR
- DEA
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
