Job Summary
Associate Dentist (Part-Time) delivering high-quality dental care in a team-based practice serving children and adults. Responsibilities include providing dental services with a hygienist, hygiene assistant, and dental assistants; utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units; adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training; managing a patient base primarily ages 3-21 with up to 30% adults; supporting a daily workflow with defined patient volumes; growth opportunities through mentoring and collaboration. Qualifications require a DDS/DMD from an accredited program, current license or eligibility for licensure, nitrous oxide certification in specified states, CPR/DEA and related credentials, and willingness to work Fridays and Saturdays. VISA/Green Card sponsorship available. Location: Libertyville, IL; Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays. Benefits include base pay of $800/day with uncapped earning potential, medical/dental/vision insurance for full-time providers, disability and life insurance, 401(k), malpractice coverage, paid holidays, CE reimbursements, and licensure/certification/dues reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited program
- Current, valid dental license in applicable states or eligibility for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR, DEA, etc. certifications as required
