Requires a DDS/DMD, active license or eligibility, nitrous oxide certification in specified states, and ongoing professional development; includes visa/green card sponsorship and comprehensive benefits. Schedule aligns with Fri/Sat only, with guaranteed base pay and uncapped earnings potential for eligible providers.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program (CODA)
- Current, valid dental license in states served or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide Certification (LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR, DEA, ADA/AAPD memberships and related certifications as required
