Job Summary
Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team in a practice serving primarily ages 3-21 and up to 30% adult population, using DentaPro software and digital imaging. The role includes coordinating with a hygienist and dental assistants, participating in morning huddles, mentoring opportunities, and delivering care aligned with ADA/AAPD standards in a pediatric-leaning community. The schedule is Friday and Saturday, with guaranteed base pay and uncapped earning potential; benefits include health insurance options, disability and life coverage, retirement plan, malpractice insurance, CE reimbursements, license/certification reimbursements, and visa/green card sponsorship availability. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR, DEA, etc.
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
