Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adult population across state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus and collaboration. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while utilizing fiber-optic handpieces and nitrous oxide where certified. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
