Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients with a payor mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network plans. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus and collaboration. This role offers a guaranteed base pay of $9,000/day with uncapped earning potential, a $40,000 sign-on bonus, and student loan repayment assistance. Candidates must hold a DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited program and a current, valid state license.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
