Job Summary
Associate Dentist role providing dental services to a patient base (primarily ages 3-21 with up to 30% adults) with a collaborative team, utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-ray/Panorex, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participates in scheduled huddles, mentoring and growth opportunities, and contributes to a positive, patient-centered environment. Offers guaranteed base pay with uncapped earnings, sign-on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, relocation support, full benefits, and visa sponsorship options. Requires DDS/DMD and current licensure; Nitrous Oxide certification in specified states. Emphasis on teamwork, compassionate care, and adherence to OSHA/HIPAA and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
