Job Summary
Associate Dentist role providing dental services with a collaborative team in a clinic serving children and adults; practice utilizes DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex, fiber-optic handpieces, and a patient base predominantly ages 3-21 with up to 30% adults. Responsibilities include delivering care with a 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider; participate in daily huddles, mentoring, and continuous improvement; growth opportunities through teamwork and collaboration; benefits include guaranteed base pay, sign-on bonus, loan repayment, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR
- DEA
- ADA/AAPD memberships or related certifications as applicable
