Job Summary
Associate Dentist role providing dental services to patients with support from a team, serving a patient base that includes children and adults, using DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Responsibilities include participating in morning huddles, mentoring and collaboration with a team, and maintaining compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. The practice emphasizes treating children (70%+ of patients) and offers growth through mentoring, a guaranteed base pay with uncapped earnings potential, sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and visa/green card sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR certification
- DEA registration
- COMPETENCY in dentistry with the ability to provide dental services to patients
- Ability to work with a team and provide quality patient care
