Job Summary
Associate Dentist position supporting a mission-driven practice focused on serving underserved families. Responsibilities include delivering dental services to a patient base predominantly aged 3-21 (up to 30% adults) with a team-based approach, using DentaPro software, digital imaging (x-ray/Panorex), and fiber-optic handpieces. Roles involve participating in daily huddles, mentoring and collaborating with hygienists and dental assistants, adhering to OSHA/HIPAA and emergency management training, and contributing to a positive patient experience. Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (as required for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR certification
- DEA registration
- ADA/AAPD memberships or related professional memberships as applicable
- Passion for providing dental care to children and adults
