Job Summary
Associate Dentist position in a multi-office pediatric/adult dental practice. Provides dental services with a team (1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider) to patients primarily ages 3-21 and up to 30% adults. Offers mentoring and collaboration, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation includes a guaranteed base pay of $9,000 per day with uncapped earning potential; sign-on bonus of $40,000; relocation assistance up to $10,000; student loan repayment assistance ($1,000/month); full benefits for FT providers; CE reimbursements; and visa/Green Card sponsorship. Requires DDS/DMD from CODA-accredited program, current license or eligibility, nitrous oxide certification in specified states, CPR/DEA, and a strong desire to provide care for children and adults; emphasizes teamwork and non-discrimination. Required Qualifications

- Current valid dental license in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
