Job Summary
Associate Dentist to provide dental services to patients with a team, primarily treating ages 3-21 and up to 30% adults, in a pediatric-forward practice environment. Role includes utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-ray/Panorex, fiber-optic handpieces, and adherence to yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Operative flow includes 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider. Emphasizes teamwork, mentoring, and collaboration, with opportunities to participate in morning huddles, planning, and patient-focused care. Qualifications include a DDS/DMD, active or eligible licensure in applicable states, Nitrous Oxide certification (where required), CPR/DEA, and relevant memberships; visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are available. Benefits include guaranteed base pay (with uncapped earning potential), sign-on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, relocation support up to $10,000, health/retirement benefits, and CE reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR, DEA, etc. certifications as required
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- ADA/AAPD memberships reimbursements/credentials
