Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients ages 3-21 and adults, supported by a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus, while maintaining compliance through yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Earn a guaranteed $900 daily rate during the ramp period or a percentage of collections with no lab fees.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Willing and able to work Fridays and Saturdays
