Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, utilizing DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients across a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Prioritize care for a patient base primarily aged 3-21 while maintaining compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training. This role includes mandatory Friday and Saturday shifts and offers a guaranteed $900 daily rate during the ramp period or a percentage of collections. No lab fees are charged, and continuing education is available through an ADA Accredited program.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Willing and able to work Fridays and Saturdays
