Job Summary
Part-Time Traveling Associate Dentist role in Hampton/Newport News, VA. Provides dental services to patients with a team, utilizing DentaPro software, digital imaging, and standard clinic instruments. Focus on pediatric and adult patients, with a patient base including ages 3-21 and up to 30% adults. Responsibilities include delivering dental care with support from a team (1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider), participating in morning huddles, mentoring and collaboration, and ensuring patient-focused care in a community setting. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (where required)
- CPR
- DEA
- Willing and available to travel to specified locations (Hampton, VA and Newport News, VA)
- ADA-CERP continuing education participation or reimbursement support
