Job Summary
Part-Time Traveling Associate Dentist needed to provide dental care to patients (primarily ages 3-21 with up to 30% adults) across multiple Virginia locations. The role involves traveling between offices in Portsmouth and Norfolk (including listed addresses) to deliver care with a team, participate in morning huddles, and support community health goals. The practice utilizes DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, fiber-optic handpieces, and a collaborative office flow with dedicated hygienists and assistants. Growth is supported through mentoring, collaboration, and continuing education reimbursements. Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid dental license in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (where required by state: LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR, DEA, etc. as required
- Compassion and strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Willingness and ability to travel to specified locations in Portsmouth/Norfolk, VA
