Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and digital imaging units. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients across state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to foster collaboration, highlight customer focus, and support team goals. Work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday schedules with guaranteed base pay of $850/day and uncapped earning potential. Requires a DDS/DMD degree, current state license, and Nitrous Oxide certification. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Willing and able to work the following schedule: Thursday, Friday and Saturday
