Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists, assistants, and dentists, managing an average flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces to treat a patient base primarily aged 3–21. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Maintain a positive image of the company through community activities. This part-time role offers guaranteed base pay with uncapped earning potential, no lab fees, and multiple schedule options for work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
