Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3–21 with up to 30% adult population, utilizing state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus, collaboration, and goal achievement. Join activities promoting a positive company image while mentoring and collaborating for growth.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
