Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team including hygienists, assistants, and digital x-ray units. Manage an office flow of approximately 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration while attending yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training. Work Thursdays, Fridays, and alternating Saturdays with a guaranteed base pay of $800/day and uncapped earning potential. Requires a DDS/DMD from an accredited program, a valid state license, and Nitrous Oxide certification (for specific states).
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Must be willing and available to travel to the following locations: 3824 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23222; 400 Southpark Blvd, Colonial Heights, VA 23834; 4722 N Southside Plz, Richmond, VA 23224
