Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and digital imaging equipment. Manage an average daily caseload of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients across a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Work with a patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adult population, while participating in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration. Earn a guaranteed $900 daily rate during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, with no lab fees. Maintain a healthy work-life balance through multiple schedule options, including flexibility to work Fridays and Saturdays. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Willing and able to work Fridays and Saturdays
